Residential Acquisitions Manager
£50,000 - £60,000 Base Salary + Commission on Every Deal
Are you an ambitious property professional who thrives on finding opportunities, building relationships, and getting deals over the line?
I am looking for a driven Property Acquisitions Manager to join a fast-growing property investment business that acquires around 40 properties every month. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in estate agency, property auctions, residential sales, or acquisitions who wants to play a key role in sourcing and securing investment opportunities.
We're looking for someone commercially minded, proactive, and persistent; someone who loves being on the phone, enjoys negotiating, and isn't afraid to chase a deal until it's done. In return, you'll receive a competitive basic salary, commission on every successful acquisition, and the opportunity to become a key part of a highly active and entrepreneurial property business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for identifying and securing residential property opportunities across the UK. Using platforms such as Rightmove and your growing network of agents, you'll assess potential acquisitions, negotiate offers, and manage deals through to completion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Speaking with estate agents to qualify opportunities and gather key information.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with agent networks across the UK.
- Following up every live lead consistently until it either becomes a deal or is no longer available.
- Negotiating offers and encouraging agents to progress opportunities quickly.
- Producing daily acquisition shortlists with recommended offer levels.
- Sending regular updates to agents showcasing recent purchases and strengthening relationships.
- Managing agreed deals through the acquisition process and liaising with solicitors to ensure a smooth completion.
