Our client is an AJ100, award-winning, employee-owned studio known for high-quality commercial, residential and hospitality work across the UK and internationally.
The Role
Our client is looking for a Residential Design Architect to join their Residential team, working on complex prime Central London developments and urban regeneration schemes.
This role suits someone with genuine residential design flair who is equally comfortable navigating the legislative and technical demands of High Risk Building design.

- Lead and contribute to residential design across complex, prime Central London developments
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant legislation, including High Risk Building requirements
- Produce high-quality presentation material using Revit and rendering/presentation software
- Present design proposals confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Contribute design thinking across live regeneration and mixed-use schemes
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years' post-qualification experience
- Proven residential design flair
- Awareness of all relevant legislation, including High Risk Building design experience
- Proficient in Revit, rendering and presentation software
- Strong presenter and communicator
