About the Role

This is a residential and mixed-use role at a mid-market London practice, and it runs on Revit. There are multiple roles available so any RIBA stage suits, so whether your strength sits at concept or on site, you will find work here. If you want large-scale housing rather than one-off projects, read on.

You will join a 60-strong studio of architects and urban designers with a track record in residential and mixed-use developments. The commissions range from masterplanning through to interiors. There are multiple projects running so plenty of opportunity throughout the studio.

The studio is run in a collaborative, democratic way, and it was deliberately built around people rather than a single name. If you like being trusted across stages and want a say in how a practice works, this fits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
