Interim Registered Home Manager

Contract: Full Time – 12 month FTC

Hours: 37 hours per week

Pay: £69,879 per annum

Location: Whiteway, Off Radburn Way, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 2PP

Quantum Care is a no-profit organisation supporting over 2,000 older people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. Our mission is simple: to help our residents live well, with dignity, comfort and joy. To do that, we need people who care as much as we do and Make Every Day Matter.

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Interim Registered Home Manager with strong local market knowledge to lead Garden City Court, our established 75-bed residential care home in Letchworth Garden City, for a 12-month fixed-term Maternity cover period.

This role requires a visible, commercially astute and inspirational leader who can provide clear direction, drive performance, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. As the Registered Home Manager, you will be accountable for the overall leadership of the home, creating a positive culture where residents thrive, colleagues feel valued, and regulatory standards are consistently exceeded.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
