About the Job
At Primroses Care, we’re striving to be an innovator in the social care industry, using tech-focused solutions to deliver better support for individuals in our modern residential care homes.
As a Home Manager, you’ll be joining Primroses Care at a very exciting time as we embark on our next stage of growth. You’ll be a part of our fast expanding company, have a key say in our strategy and be onboarded as a CQC registered manager for our new 6 bedded home.
What you’ll do
In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home and wellbeing of residents
- Managing the senior carers and carers within the 6 bedded home (e.g. performance reviews, professional development)
- Stakeholder engagement (e.g. working with families and local authorities)
- Completing high-level admin for the home
- Providing assistance to the management of other small homes when/if necessary
- Supporting the strategic direction of Primroses Care

Who we’re looking for?
Essential:
- 3+ years experience in Adult Social Care
- Experience working with adults with Mental Health, Learning Disability and/or Autism needs
- Minimum NVQ level 5 (completed or in the process of completing)
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Managerial experience in Adult Social care
- Degree or Diploma in care related field (e.g. nursing)
- Experience using Google Workspace and Log My Care
- Full UK driving license

Pay & benefits
What we offer you:
- £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
- 22 days annual leave
