Clarendon Care Services Limited is a forward thinking and growing organisation with established residential and nursing homes across the Midlands. We pride ourselves on providing our residents with the highest standards of care by employing the best people.

We are looking for a Maintenance Operative on a full time permanent basis to join our friendly and dedicated team who share our company values and commitment to our residents.

Hours Contracted per week: 37.5

Main Work Location: Chandos Lodge Care Home, 77 Stourbridge Road, Stourbridge, DY9 0QS

As a Maintenance Operative you will carry out a range of maintenance services at our care home in Stourbridge.

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of presentation and resident safety within the homes. Activities will include equipment safety checks, audits and general repairs/decorating reporting any faults through our management information system.

We are looking for someone who has knowledge and practical experience of this type of work ideally within a nursing home setting who will show care and empathy towards our residents.

We will support you in every step of your role by providing ongoing training and career development to progress your career within this rewarding environment.
