Role Description
The Residential Child Care Worker is a full-time, on-site role based in Lymington. This position involves providing day-to-day care, supervision, and support to children and young people in a residential setting, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional security. Responsibilities include:

The Residential Child Care Worker will collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive, child-centered environment aligned with regulatory and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications
- Ideally childcare and working with children skills, including experience in residential or similar care settings, but not essential.
- Training skills, including willingness to undertake relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent).
- Good communication, relationship-building skills with children, families, and professionals.
- Ability to work flexibly in a rota pattern, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic IT and record-keeping skills for maintaining records.
