Lead Practitioner Role at Therapeutic Care

Role Overview

As a valued member of our team, you will assist the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the home, implementing policies and procedures, maintaining records, and fostering the growth and development of junior staff. By upholding our company’s core values and beliefs, you will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and positive outcomes for every young person in our care.

Job Details

  • Job Types: Full-time (35 hours per week), Permanent
  • Working Hours: 8am to 11pm
  • Shift Pattern: 1 on 2 off rolling shift pattern
  • Pay: £14.50-£16.00 per hour
  • Additional Pay:
    • Sleep in rate – £65 per sleep
    • Overtime paid at £1 extra

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)
  • Licence/Certification:
    • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
    • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce (required)
