Family Practitioner Apprentice
Within Reach Services are looking for a new family practitioner Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Children, young people and families practitioner (level 4) Apprenticeship.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience. Are you passionate, enthusiastic, motivated and committed to making a difference, improving the lives of young people? Then our young people need you. As a Support Worker, you'll help our residents (aged 8-23) lead fulfilling lives. Our fantastic team is ready to welcome you! This is a fantastic opportunity for a resilient and passionate individual to join our amazing teams. The role will be to support young people with complex needs who have so much to offer and just need the guidance of nurturing adults that can show them the world isn't such a scary place.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- To act as a positive role model and team member
- To facilitate effective communication within the staff team
- To participate in planning and delivering quality care and support for service users
- Support day-to-day delivery of care and support to people using services
- Other Support Worker duties
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills. Upon completion of this 24 month Apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Residential) apprenticeship L4 Apprenticeship.
