Marshfields is a Short Break Residential Children’s Home in West Lynn providing short breaks for children with disabilities and/or complex health needs and/or presenting challenging behaviour aged 5 to 17 yrs.

We are looking to recruit Children’s Residential Practitioners to join our relief bank. Our team are committed to providing a child centred, fun, and positive, nurturing environment for the children. This role will involve working shifts, waking nights and weekends.

Ideally, we are looking for an individual who has experience and knowledge of working with children with a diverse range of individual needs. However, training can be provided for the right person and Norfolk County Council offer a range of on-going professional training opportunities.

You will need to be reliable, have good personal relationship and communication skills as well as high professional standards to provide high-quality individualised care. In addition to your salary, enhancements are paid for weekend working.
