About the Role

CS College Group Residential provision provides accommodation for students aged 16+ studying across any of our colleges. The College’s primary student accommodation is based at Cannington and consists of 209 beds. The college also offers accommodation in Taunton at our Wellington Road properties, providing 21 beds that are situated over eight flats. This is alongside the 198 bed Canonsgrove existing provision situated in Trull. An exciting new area of growth for the Residential provision is our Houses of Multiple Occupancy across Bridgwater and the surrounding areas.

A key priority for all Residential roles is to strive towards providing an inclusive, supportive and exceptional service to all of our students and residents. The Residential Team interviews and allocates residential places to students. They provide 24/7 support for residential students with issues ranging from accommodation queries to student wellbeing, entertainment and enrichment. The team’s primary responsibility is the safeguarding of residential students.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
