About the Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will provide comprehensive legal advice to individuals and/or companies on a range of specialised Residential Property matters. You will not only be able to:

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of managing a complex residential conveyancing caseload.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience of managing a team is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
  • Work collaboratively, support team members, and share knowledge.
  • Comfortable using case management systems and digital processes.
