About The Role

A Residential Conveyancer is sought by a recognised legal practice in Hertfordshire. This full-time position offers a salary between £45,000 and £65,000, dependent on experience, for a solicitor or licensed conveyancer with at least three years’ post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from initial instruction to post-completion, dealing directly with clients, estate agents, and other parties. The role demands strong organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a supportive and established team, managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion for a broad and diverse client base. The role will involve handling the full range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, providing practical, commercially focused advice and an exceptional standard of client care throughout the conveyancing process.

Applications are welcomed from Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, with experienced Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and Solicitors with the relevant expertise also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, together with the ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision. A proactive, client-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively are also required.
