Residential Conveyancer Northampton (5 PQE +)
A modern regional law firm in Northampton is actively looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the firm in Q1 2027.
Role Overview
Joining a technology focused law firm, you will work as a fee earner and be responsible for your own caseload (c. 70-100) of conveyancing files. This will cover: sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, and remortgages.

Work Arrangement
This is a full-time hybrid role - office attendance is only required 1-2 times per week.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is c. £55,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience and qualification).
Criteria
- Be a qualified Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive) with at least 5 PQE.
