Residential Conveyancer (2+ PQE)

Chepstow - £35,000 - £50,000 DOE - Flexible Working

TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established and progressive law firm that is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive looking to join a modern, commercially focused practice where autonomy, client relationships and career development are genuinely encouraged.

Working alongside an experienced Property Assistant, who will support you with file opening, client onboarding and administration, you'll be able to focus on delivering an outstanding service to your clients while managing your own varied residential conveyancing caseload.

The Role

You will be responsible for handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • Drafting contract documentation
  • Raising and responding to enquiries
  • Preparing reports on title
  • Managing matters through to exchange and completion
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the transaction

About You

Applications are welcomed from:

  • Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives
  • Candidates with 2+ years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
  • Individuals who can confidently manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong communicators who enjoy building lasting client relationships
  • Organised professionals with excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills
  • Team players with a proactive and enthusiastic approach
