Due to continued business success we are excited to be recruiting once again for experienced Residential Property Lawyers/Conveyancers to join us at Elite Conveyancing.
Do you want to learn to love conveyancing again? Conveyancing has for many years been viewed as a poor relation within the legal profession and the domination of the larger, national conveyancing providers over recent years has arguably contributed to a drop in service standards within the industry as a whole. Elite Conveyancing was launched to reverse this decline and to build, deliver and sustain a demonstrable market-leading service. Our Elite Lawyers are our biggest asset and we are proud to have attracted some of the best conveyancing lawyers throughout England and Wales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It is important for us that our lawyers share in our journey and success. The happiness and wellbeing of our lawyers is much a priority as the satisfaction of our clients. Caseloads are capped and are strictly monitored to ensure that our lawyers never become overwhelmed, that they have time to properly look after clients and, dare we say, that they actually learn to enjoy conveyancing again.
Due to ever-growing demand for our market-leading service, we are once again looking to expand our team of Elite Lawyers.
