Overview
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing property team, offering autonomy, quality work and genuine long term career development.
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
- Handle sales, purchases, and remortgage transactions while delivering exceptional levels of client care.
- Draft and review contracts, conduct searches, and liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve potential issues efficiently while providing clear, practical advice to clients.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure transactions progress smoothly at every stage.
- Play a key role in the continued growth and development of the residential property department.
