Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, Wiltshire, GBP 57,000+ (DOE)

Are you a passionate and proactive Residential Conveyancer who takes pride in delivering outstanding client service? We're looking for an enthusiastic team player to join this respected and growing conveyancing team.

JOB REF:

The Role

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
  • Providing high-quality, client-focused legal advice and support
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and local estate agents
  • Contributing positively to the team dynamic and professional standards
  • Ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in handling residential conveyancing work
  • Calm, polite, and focused approach, even under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
  • Confident in decision-making and taking ownership when needed
  • Organised, motivated, and able to manage workload independently
