Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, Wiltshire, GBP 57,000+ (DOE)
Are you a passionate and proactive Residential Conveyancer who takes pride in delivering outstanding client service? We're looking for an enthusiastic team player to join this respected and growing conveyancing team.
JOB REF:
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
- Providing high-quality, client-focused legal advice and support
- Building strong working relationships with clients and local estate agents
- Contributing positively to the team dynamic and professional standards
- Ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
Skills Required
- Proven experience in handling residential conveyancing work
- Calm, polite, and focused approach, even under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
- Confident in decision-making and taking ownership when needed
- Organised, motivated, and able to manage workload independently
