About the Role

The role:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Draft and review contracts, leases and legal documentation
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other parties
  • Conduct property searches and review title documentation
  • Ensure transactions progress efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Provide clear, professional advice and regular client updates
  • Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently

We're hiring qualified residential conveyancers of all experience levels to manage purchase and sale transactions in England & Wales. You’ll be expected to manage a minimum of 60 files while delivering outstanding legal work and customer service. You'll work with proprietary AI tools that handle routine tasks, freeing you to focus on complex legal issues and client relationships.

Location: Work from home as standard, with the option to work from our London office

Hours: Manage your own hours so long as you make yourself available for your clients and attend key company meetings

Reports to: Head of Legal Practice or Team Lead

Compensation & Benefits

We have a fully transparent pay scale for each role.

  • Salary range: Up to £100,000 (dependent on levelling)
  • Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary, paid quarterly based on performance metrics
  • Pension: 5% employer contributions
  • Health insurance: Comprehensive private medical cover including dental and optical
  • Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
  • CPD: Full support for CLC CPD requirements and professional development
