Conveyancer / 5+ PQE / Coventry / GBP 35:45,000 DOE

Are you a Residential Conveyancer looking to move firms? This firm in the heart of the country is looking for a new Residential Conveyancer to join their team. Overview

This is a client-facing role that offers the opportunity to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, from instruction to completion while developing strong relationships with a loyal client base.

The successful candidate's main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Lease extensions
  • New builds and shared ownership

You will also be expected to conduct client meetings and maintain a high standard of client care throughout the process.

  • Liaise with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth progression files
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, SRA regulations, and CQS protocols
  • Use case management systems efficiently to keep files up to date and well-organised

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified licensed conveyancers, solicitors, or legal executives with relevant conveyancing experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Strong client care skills with a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player
  • Experience using case management systems
  • Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving
