Overview
This is a client-facing role that offers the opportunity to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, from instruction to completion while developing strong relationships with a loyal client base.
The successful candidate's main responsibilities will be:
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Lease extensions
- New builds and shared ownership
You will also be expected to conduct client meetings and maintain a high standard of client care throughout the process.

- Liaise with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth progression files
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, SRA regulations, and CQS protocols
- Use case management systems efficiently to keep files up to date and well-organised
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified licensed conveyancers, solicitors, or legal executives with relevant conveyancing experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong client care skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player
- Experience using case management systems
- Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving
