About The Role
A Residential Conveyancer is sought for a full time, permanent position in Hertfordshire, offering £45,000 to £65,000 dependent on experience. The successful candidate, with three or more years' post-qualification experience, will handle a varied caseload of property matters from instruction to completion.

Overview
The successful Residential Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion, acting for a diverse range of clients.
Your workload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
You will take responsibility for your own caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring matters progress efficiently while providing clear, practical, and commercially focused advice. Building strong client relationships and maintaining a consistently high level of client care will be central to the role.
What The Firm Is Looking For
Applications are welcomed from Residential Conveyancers with at least 3 years' PQE or equivalent experience. The firm will also consider experienced Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and Solicitors who have the relevant residential property expertise.
You will have strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently. Excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of client service are essential.
