Residential Conveyancer

Location: Frodsham, Runcorn or Knutsford

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE


A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer looking for a role where they can take ownership of their own caseload and build their career within a supportive and well-established firm.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high level of client care throughout.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
  • Conducting property transactions in accordance with the firm's procedures and quality standards
  • Keeping clients regularly updated on progress and costs
  • Providing clear and professional advice throughout transactions
  • Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals
  • Working closely with Conveyancing Assistants and colleagues within the Property team
  • Ensuring matters progress efficiently and deadlines are met
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards
  • Contributing to the continued development and growth of the Property department

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience within Property Law
  • Experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
  • Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent experience and expertise
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using case management systems
  • The ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your own matters
