Residential Conveyancer
Hereford | Up to £60,000 DOE | Permanent
GMP Recruitment Agency Limited is delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Hereford with the recruitment of an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer looking to join a successful and supportive firm, with the opportunity to take ownership of a varied residential property caseload and develop their career within an established legal practice.
The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality and personable service to clients throughout.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion.
- Handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Conducting title checks and reviewing property documentation.
- Dealing with searches, enquiries, exchanges and completions.
- Liaising confidently with clients, agents, lenders and other legal professionals.
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with required timescales.
- Providing clear, professional and commercially aware advice to clients.
- Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who can demonstrate:
- Solid experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong knowledge of the residential property transaction process.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
- A professional, approachable and commercially minded attitude.
