Residential Conveyancer (6+ Years PQE) Location: Flexible – Fully Remote, Hybrid, or Office-Based Salary: £44,000 - £50,000 (DOE) Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
TSR Legal are pleased to be supporting a well-regarded, progressive law firm in their search for two experienced Residential Conveyancers to join their growing residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced property lawyers seeking flexibility in their working arrangements, with the option to work fully remotely, on a hybrid basis, or from the office.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload of approximately 70 files, consisting of a mix of:

- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
You will be fully supported by a dedicated Legal Assistant, allowing you to focus on delivering a high-quality service to clients while ensuring matters progress efficiently.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:
- A minimum of 6 years' PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive specialising in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in leasehold transactions
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage an independent caseload while maintaining exceptional client care and attention to detail
