Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm based in Blackburn who are looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to join a supportive and progressive legal environment, with applications welcomed from both qualified and non-qualified candidates.
Salary
£25,000 – £43,000 per annum, depending on experience and interview performance

Location
Blackburn / Hybrid Working
Experience
Minimum 1 year’s residential conveyancing experience
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Handling matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions.
- Preparing, reviewing and progressing contracts, title documents and other relevant conveyancing documentation.
- Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other legal professionals throughout the transaction.
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Working closely with colleagues and senior members of the property team to ensure transactions progress efficiently and to a high standard.
