The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a specialist property practice in Manchester. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, acting for private clients, investors, and other property clients on sales, purchases, and remortgages.
The role offers the opportunity to handle quality work within an experienced property team, providing practical and commercially focused advice from instruction through to completion. You will have a high degree of responsibility for your own caseload while working alongside experienced property Lawyers.

The Candidate
Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with at least 2 years' PQE and experience managing their own caseload. You will have strong technical knowledge across residential sales, purchases, and remortgages, together with excellent client care and communication skills.
Experience acting for property investors, landlords, or clients with more complex residential property requirements would be advantageous. You will be organized, commercially minded, and confident in progressing transactions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service.
