🏡 CONVEYANCERS - FANCY GETTING OFF THE VOLUME CONVEYANCING TREADMILL?
£30,000- £50,000
I've got a new opportunity that might be worth a conversation…
I'm working with an established South Wales law firm with offices across Blackwood, Aberdare and Merthyr Tydfil, and they're looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to the team.
And before you ask… this isn't another "50+ files, constant chasing, targets through the roof" role. 👀
What you'll be doing:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Right to Buy
- New-build transactions
- Lender work
- Dealing with searches, contracts & titles
- Exchange, completion & post-completion
