About The Role
This full-time, permanent position as a Residential Conveyancer in Truro offers a salary of £50,000 to £52,500 annually. The Role
You will handle a broad residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, advising clients on matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New-build transactions
- Help to Buy / shared ownership matters
- Lease extensions
- Equity releases
- General residential property matters
You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and build strong, long-term relationships with clients, agents and other professional contacts.
The Candidate
The firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who can demonstrate:
- Solid experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to manage matters efficiently and work to deadlines
- A commercially minded and proactive approach
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
