Residential Conveyancer Swansea
Salary: £40,000 + Annual Bonus
Location: Swansea (Hybrid Working Available)
Working Pattern: Full-Time
TSR Legal are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded and growing law firm in their search for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Swansea office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who is looking to join a supportive and progressive team, handling a varied residential property caseload with the autonomy to manage matters from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to clients, managing a busy caseload, and working collaboratively within an established conveyancing department.
The Role:
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- New build matters
- Review proof and source of funds documentation as part of file risk assessment procedures
- Handle sale enquiries and raise enquiries on purchases
- Review and report on management packs, search results, and mortgage offers
- Report on legal title and provide clear advice to clients
- Progress matters efficiently through to completion
- Manage a caseload of approximately 100 files, with a target of around 20 completions per month
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain excellent client service standards

About You:
- Minimum 4 years PQE within Residential Conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
- Confident handling both freehold and leasehold transactions independently
- Experience managing a busy caseload with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
- Must be able to work from the Swansea office
