Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Ledbury, Herefordshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Herefordshire that is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who is looking to join a firm with deep roots in the local community, a strong reputation for client care, and a genuine focus on quality over volume. The role offers a varied caseload, autonomy, and the opportunity to become part of a close-knit and collaborative team. The firm has been serving clients in the region for many years and continues to be a trusted name in residential property matters.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high standard of service to a loyal and established client base.

The caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- General residential property work
You will be supported by an experienced team and will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients, estate agents, and local referrers.
About You
Applications are welcomed from:
- Solicitors
- Chartered Legal Executives
- Licensed Conveyancers
- Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners with equivalent experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach to workload management
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering a personal and professional service
