Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Licensed Conveyancer
Cardiff - Hybrid
An opportunity for a conveyancing paralegal or qualified Licensed Conveyancer to join a Legal 100 law firm in central Cardiff. This role is to take over an established case load from regular referrers.
Your experience:
- To have previously run your own conveyancing caseload
- Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer or experienced unqualified fee earner

The role:
- Handle your own caseload of plot sales plus buy backs, staircasing and redemptions for shared ownership/equity properties
- Experience working with housing associations
- Advising on new site set up
- Document drafting such as transfers and leases
- Have excellent client communication skills
This position will offer you:
- Excellent salary with regular salary reviews
