Residential Conveyancer 2+ Warwickshire Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
A well-established law firm in Warwickshire is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional seeking a supportive environment, quality work, and genuine flexibility. Qualification is not essential. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and experienced non-qualified Fee Earners with a proven track record of managing residential conveyancing matters.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
Typical Matters Will Include
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Right to Buy transactions
- Refinance and general residential property work

About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have solid experience handling residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
- Be confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision
- Possess excellent client care and communication skills
- Be commercially aware and able to build strong relationships with clients and referrers
- Be organised with strong attention to detail
- Work well within a team environment
