Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a friendly, supportive law firm where you'll be valued as part of the team? - Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling a wide range of residential property matters with confidence and independence
- Reviewing titles, raising enquiries and preparing contracts
- Keeping clients, estate agents and lenders updated throughout the transaction
- Delivering an excellent client experience while ensuring matters progress efficiently
About you:
- Ideally 2+ years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong case management and organisational skills
- Confident handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- A proactive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
