ROLE: Residential Conveyancer

LOCATION: Boston

SALARY: Competitive based on experience

HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing Residential Conveyancing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded conveyancer with at least two years' residential conveyancing experience who can confidently manage their own caseload from instruction through to completion. We welcome applications from qualified and non-qualified conveyancers.

You will undertake the following but not limited to:

  • Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
  • Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently while maintaining compliance and risk management standards.
  • Delivering excellent client care and clear communication throughout the transaction.
  • Meeting performance, compliance and billing objectives.
  • Supporting the wider success of the team and department.
