Job Title: Residential Conveyancer (3+ Years PQE)
Location: Yate
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Hybrid Flexibility
TSR Legal are pleased to be working closely with established firms across the South West, on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-regarded, busy practice in Yate.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident 3+ PQE Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who enjoys managing their own caseload with autonomy, while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Lease extensions (desirable but not essential)

The caseload is varied and good quality, with work coming from a mixture of local clients, repeat business and established referrer relationships.
What My Client Is Looking For
- Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent client care skills
- A proactive and commercially aware approach
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
This would suit someone who is confident in their ability but still values collaboration and a strong internal support structure.
