What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to post-completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, equity release, Right to Buy, and buy-to-let transactions
  • Advising on more complex matters including title defects, easements, restrictive covenants, adverse possession, boundary issues, and Land Registry matters
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, financial advisers, developers, and other professional contacts
