Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a role offering a manageable caseload, strong team support and genuine long-term progression?

RecruitME is recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional to join a highly regarded Residential Property team in Sheffield.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancing professional with at least five years PQE or equivalent experience who can confidently manage a full residential property caseload with minimal supervision.

You will join an established, supportive and progressive regional law firm known for delivering high-quality legal advice and excellent client care.

The role

As Residential Conveyancer, you will independently manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Handling a full residential property caseload independently
  • Providing clients with clear, practical and timely legal advice
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
  • Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties
  • Ensuring files remain accurate, compliant and progressed efficiently
  • Managing deadlines, workloads and competing priorities
  • Working collaboratively with conveyancing assistants and support colleagues
  • Contributing to team performance and service delivery
  • Identifying and escalating compliance, negligence and anti-money-laundering concerns

About you

You will be a technically confident and experienced residential conveyancing professional with the ability to manage your own files with minimal supervision.

You should have:

  • At least five years PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
  • Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional
  • Experience managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent client-care and communication skills
  • The ability to explain legal matters clearly and practically
  • Strong organisation and workload-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working with support staff and colleagues
  • Experience using conveyancing case management software
