Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a role offering a manageable caseload, strong team support and genuine long-term progression?
RecruitME is recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional to join a highly regarded Residential Property team in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancing professional with at least five years PQE or equivalent experience who can confidently manage a full residential property caseload with minimal supervision.

The role
As Residential Conveyancer, you will independently manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Handling a full residential property caseload independently
- Providing clients with clear, practical and timely legal advice
- Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties
- Ensuring files remain accurate, compliant and progressed efficiently
- Managing deadlines, workloads and competing priorities
- Working collaboratively with conveyancing assistants and support colleagues
- Contributing to team performance and service delivery
- Identifying and escalating compliance, negligence and anti-money-laundering concerns
About you
You will be a technically confident and experienced residential conveyancing professional with the ability to manage your own files with minimal supervision.
You should have:
- At least five years PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional
- Experience managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory requirements
- Excellent client-care and communication skills
- The ability to explain legal matters clearly and practically
- Strong organisation and workload-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with support staff and colleagues
- Experience using conveyancing case management software
