Are you an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer?

Burgh Thorpe Solicitors have an exciting opportunity to join our forward-thinking firm handling high-quality residential property work within a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll work on a diverse caseload, backed by an experienced team known for its expertise and client-focused approach.

Our conveyancers have varying levels of experience. Each Conveyancer who joins us is individually assessed so that they are given work that is within their capability but we also create a bespoke career journey and plan ensuring you will continue to develop your career.

As a Conveyancer, you’ll be more than a case handler. You’ll be a trusted advisor who strives to give clients the best possible experience whilst navigating the complex landscape of residential conveyancing.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years conveyancing experience (minimum).
  • Competent in freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new builds.
  • Ability to handle a diverse caseload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Calm under pressure; especially being able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and maintain professional relationships.
  • Sound judgement and demonstrate a logical decision making process when dealing with problems.
  • Excellent IT skills.
