TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a leading Top 100 UK law firm in the search for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its highly regarded Residential Property team in Bristol.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a nationally recognised practice that is renowned for delivering exceptional legal services to high-net-worth private clients. Unlike traditional volume conveyancing, you'll be handling a varied caseload of high-quality, non-panel matters, offering a more consultative and technically rewarding role.
The Opportunity
You will manage your own portfolio of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, acting for private clients on a range of high-value and often complex matters.
Your caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- High-value residential transactions
- New build properties
- Listed buildings and properties with complex titles
- Bespoke private client matters requiring a tailored approach

Working alongside experienced colleagues across the wider Property and Private Client teams, you'll deliver an exceptional client experience while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive environment.
About You
We're keen to speak with Residential Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives or Solicitors who have experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload.
You'll ideally have:
- A proven track record of independently handling residential property transactions
- Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- A meticulous approach with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded attitude
Experience dealing with high-value or more complex residential matters would be advantageous, although not essential.
