About The Role
This full-time Residential Conveyancer position in Staffordshire offers a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and mortgage-related matters. Working closely with clients, the postholder guides them through significant property purchases. Applicants should be solicitors or legal executives with two to four years' post-qualification experience. Strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to handle a busy workload are essential. The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive looking to build on their existing experience, take greater ownership of their work and develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
You will manage a varied residential property caseload, working closely with clients to guide them through what is often one of the most significant transactions of their lives.

You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include freehold and leasehold property transactions, Remortgages and mortgage-related transactions, transfers of equity and changes in property ownership and Freehold acquisitions and lease extensions.
You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for transactions from instruction through to completion, maintain direct contact with clients and build relationships with clients, agents and other professionals.
Working alongside an experienced team, you will be encouraged to develop your technical knowledge, contribute ideas and play an active part in maintaining the department's reputation for excellent service.
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with between 2-4 Years PQE
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and relevant property law.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision and keep transactions progressing efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build positive client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
