Residential Conveyancer Newport (Hybrid Working Available)
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a long-established, highly respected law firm in Newport that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters
- New build and shared ownership transactions (desirable but not essential)
- Liaising directly with clients, lenders, estate agents, and third parties
- Ensuring transactions progress smoothly, efficiently, and with excellent client care

About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Have solid experience handling a residential property caseload independently
- Be confident managing files from instruction through to completion
- Have strong communication skills and a client-first approach
- Be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
