TSR Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join one of Wiltshire's fastest-growing law firms, who are looking for a Licensed Residential Conveyancer to join their successful Property Department. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, whether as a solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer. Applications from seasoned professionals without legal qualifications are encouraged.

- Reviewing and reporting on title and pre-contract searches
- Drafting deeds of covenant and lease reviews
- Administering all documentation related to property transactions
- Handling the sale of part exchange properties
- Managing the plot sales process, including responding to enquiries, exchange, completions, and post-completion matters
Requirements:
- Licensed Conveyancer qualification (CLC or SRA)
- Proven experience in handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
