Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer | Bridgend
Full-Time, Permanent | Hybrid working available Salary up to £60k (DOE)
An established and growing property law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join its Bridgend office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional to join a supportive and expanding team, manage their own caseload, and develop a long-term career within a well-established practice.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of handling residential conveyancing matters independently and will be confident managing clients, estate agents, and lenders throughout the transaction process.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision
- Handling freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders
- Dealing with client enquiries face-to-face, remotely, and by telephone
- Processing matters efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively
About You
We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer who is confident managing their own caseload and has a strong understanding of residential conveyancing.
You will ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience running a caseload
- Proven experience as a Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Fee Earner
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Experience handling freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership matters
- A proven track record of independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
