Residential Conveyancer (2+ PQE) | Pontypool
Experienced Conveyancer seeking more than just another caseload?
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a long-established South Wales law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Property Team in Pontypool.
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who enjoys building strong client relationships, taking ownership of their work, and being part of a close-knit team where their contribution is genuinely valued.
The Role
You'll be entrusted with managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to post-completion, dealing with matters including:
- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Leasehold transactions
The role offers a high degree of autonomy, making it well-suited to someone who is confident running files independently while also enjoying collaboration with colleagues across the wider department.

You'll also have the opportunity to support the development of junior team members and contribute to the continued growth and success of the property department.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing or equivalent experience
- The ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
- Experience handling leasehold transactions (preferred)
- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and commercially aware approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence
