About The Role
A Residential Conveyancer is sought by a respected property practice in Wiltshire, offering a full-time, hybrid-remote arrangement. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages from instruction to completion. The successful candidate will handle their own matters, supported by experienced conveyancing assistants, ensuring clients receive a thorough and efficient service. Applicants should possess at least six years' PQE and demonstrate a robust understanding of residential property law. A salary of £50,000 to £57,500 is available. As a Residential Conveyancer, you'll manage your own varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Your work will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters.
Working with dedicated administrative support, you'll be responsible for delivering practical, commercially focused advice while maintaining the highest standards of client care. You will also play an active role in developing relationships with clients, introducers and local professional networks, helping to grow both your own profile and that of the firm.
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
- The ability to independently manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
- A commercial mindset with an enthusiasm for business development and networking.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success.
- A proactive, adaptable and solution-focused attitude.
