The Candidate

Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancers with at least 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience and a strong background in residential property. You will be confident managing your own caseload and have experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential transactions.

You will have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational and communication skills and a client-focused approach. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, proactive and comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
