Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Lawyer
A well-established law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Lawyer to join its busy Residential Property team.
This is an opportunity for a qualified, part-qualified or experienced conveyancing professional to take responsibility for a varied residential property caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Advise clients throughout the conveyancing process, providing clear and commercially focused guidance.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, transfers and other relevant property documentation.
- Progress transactions efficiently while managing key dates, deadlines and client expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring they are kept informed throughout their matter.
- Work in accordance with relevant regulatory, compliance and anti-money laundering requirements.
- Maintain high standards of file management and service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues while managing your own workload and caseload effectively.

About You
Applications are welcomed from qualified, part-qualified and experienced conveyancing professionals, including those who have qualified through experience.
The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:
- Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple matters and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing workload.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Confidence working in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
- A genuine commitment to providing a high standard of client service.
