TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established, busy high street law firm looking to grow their successful conveyancing team with the addition of a Residential Conveyancer. Whether you're a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified Fee Earner apply today!
You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team of 4 Residential Conveyancers and 4 Legal Assistants, working together to deliver a high-quality service to a loyal client base.

The Role:
- Handling your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Managing approximately 30-35 new files per month, covering a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Working closely with legal assistants to ensure smooth file progression
- Providing clear communication and updates to clients and third parties throughout the process
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
About You:
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently is essential
- Applications welcomed from both qualified and non-qualified conveyancers
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Well-organised with good attention to detail
