Residential Conveyancer Whitchurch 3+ years PQE | Hybrid working after probation
TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Whitchurch, who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their close-knit and supportive team.
This is a great opportunity for a conveyancer with 3+ years PQE who enjoys handling a varied caseload and wants to work in a collaborative environment where quality of work is genuinely valued.
The role will involve:
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload of approximately 100 files
- Handling a broad range of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
- Working closely with colleagues in a friendly, team-focused office

Support & structure:
- Assistant / secretarial support included within the role
- Sensible caseloads with an emphasis on service rather than volume
What they're looking for:
- A qualified Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive)
- 3+ years PQE with solid residential conveyancing experience
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a positive office culture

- Office-based initially
