Location: Kent – Various Office Locations
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based with potential hybrid working
The Opportunity
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an award-winning law firm is looking to welcome a Residential Conveyancer to its established property team. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters progress efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Providing clear, proactive communication to clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties throughout the transaction.
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently, with appropriate attention to detail and deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and support staff where required.
- Contributing to business development, networking, and marketing activities to help strengthen the firm's profile and generate new business.
- Supporting colleagues during periods of absence and contributing to the wider team's success.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements, risk management procedures, and internal compliance standards.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing legislation, regulations, and market developments.

Requirements:
The firm is keen to hear from conveyancing professionals who combine strong technical knowledge with a genuine commitment to client service.
You will ideally have:
- Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions and the ability to manage your own caseload independently.
- A Law Degree, LPC, CILEx qualification, or Licensed Conveyancer qualification, although applications from experienced conveyancers without formal qualifications are also welcome.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence using case management systems and digital working processes.
- A proactive, commercially aware approach to client relationships and business development.
- A collaborative attitude and a willingness to support and develop colleagues.
- A genuine interest in developing your technical expertise and progressing your career.
